THE CORAL COMPANY LIVESTOCK SHIPPING
Every parcel we ship from The Coral Company will arrive PRE 1pm Royal Mail special delivery. We provide the best possible experience for our valued customers, wrapping all of our livestock in foil bags inside fully heat proof polystyrene boxes. 40 Hour heat packs are also issued in every box to ensure your corals stay warm through the evening temperatures.
Shipping Policy - the basics
Each parcel sent by us will be fully covered meaning you have no DOA risk. If ever there is an issue with a coral you have received, please notify us straight away and take pictures to provide evidence of the situation. On the off chance there is any issues, we will fully refund/ replace any coral that does not survive shipping.
Cost
No matter how much you need delivering, we will only charge a flat rate of £15 per order. This is purely to cover the cost of a single box to be shipped by royal mail via special delivery. Even if it takes two boxes, we will still only charge for the one.
This fee is totally non profit, it is to sole cover the charge of delivery.
Shipping days
We can ship boxes Monday - Thursday. This means that you will receive your parcel Tuesday - Friday. Please let us know when you would like to receive the box on any of these days. Weekend delivery will void do a. cover, as Royal Mail state that it is only guaranteed as a week day service.
